From amongst the 50,000 casks maturing across our 16 warehouses, billy hand selects a small batch for our single cask series. With an exceptional passion for wood policy, billy closely monitors the development of the whisky until he deems that the perfect balance between distillery character and influence from the wood has been achieved.

We proudly present this bottling at natural colour, non chill filtered and at cask strength to showcase Glenallachie in its purest form.

NOSE:Lashing of dried berries, honeycomb and muscovado sugar, with cocoa, cinnamon and plum syrup.

TASTE: Waves of heather honey, dark chocolate and mocha, followed by ginger, Black Forest gateau and caramelizedbrown sugar.
